Datuk Dr Alzamani Mohammad Idrose is the current President of College of Emergency Physicians Academy of Medicine Malaysia With a diverse interest in emergency medicine including medicolegal management he also holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence from the University of Malaya Dr Alzamani has multiple publications in Q1 journals authored books and served as an editor for disaster plans Additionally he is a social media influencer who writes regularly on topics such as sociology education poetry and humor often focusing on emergency medicine and humanitarian issues

Datin Anit Kaur Randhawa began her legal practice in 1999 initially working with Asbir Hira Singh Co where she later became a Partner in 2003 She holds a Bachelor of Laws Honours from the University of Bristol UK Her diverse portfolio includes Medical Negligence Corporate Receivership Banking Commercial Law Employment Law Trusts Judicial Review and Tortious Actions She advises on medico legal claims and defenses and handles civil and commercial litigation regularly appearing in Lower Court High Court Appellate Courts and the Malaysian Medical Council

Dr Farah Nini is a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law University of Malaya She holds an LLB and MCB from the International Islamic University Malaysia IIUM and a PhD in Child Law from the University of Wales Cardiff Her expertise includes legal methodology criminal justice and child law Dr Farah has numerous journal publications authored several books and serves as the Chief Editor of the UM Journal of Law and Policy

Puan Fazleeza is a Partner at CBE Messrs Chan Ban Eng Co a law firm with over 50 years of legacy specializing in medico legal matters insurance reinsurance law corporate litigation and more She holds an LLB Hons from the University of Malaya and has extensive experience in civil litigation particularly in medico legal cases defending doctors and hospitals in malpractice suits across all court levels and disciplinary proceedings She frequently conducts talks on medical disciplinary processes vicarious liability and hospital negligence In addition to litigation Fazleeza also handles corporate conveyancing banking industrial relations and debt recovery matters

Datuk Dr Mahathar Abd Wahab is a Senior Consultant in Emergency Medicine and Head of Department at Emergency and Trauma Department Hospital Kuala Lumpur In 2006 he completed a one year program in Certificate in Medical Law Cert Med Law from International Islamic University He is still actively involved in providing inputs and writing policies for Ministry of Health in field of emergency medicine He has co authored several books and published several articles in a peer reviewed journals His area of interest is Emergency Critical Care and Critical Ultrasound Medical Law and Administrative Emergency Medicine

Dr Mark Tan Kiak Min is Chair of the Clinical Ethics Committee and Coordinator of the Clinical Ethics Consultation Service CECS at Hospital al Sultan Abdullah Universiti Teknologi MARA UiTM He has received his Doctorate in Bioethics from Loyola University Chicago and certification as a Healthcare Ethics Consultant by the Healthcare Ethics Consultant Certification Commission in the United States Dr Tan currently sits on the Ethics Committees of the Malaysian Medical Council and Malaysian Medical Association and is Vice President Medical of the Medico Legal Society of Malaysia His interests are in medical ethics education professionalism and clinical ethics focusing on end of life care and advance decision making
